Alarmist questions about pet health – How many times will people post these?
On Yahoo Answers, the header usually goes, “Help, my pet is dying!” and they provide details that are extremely worrisome but the asker never follows up with what they did to save their pet. Why do people even bother posting these questions? The obvious answer is to take your pet to a vet.

I used to spend a lot of time in the Dogs section, and saw that kind of thing day in, day out, everyday.
Most of those people asking are trolls, stirring up trouble for no reason other than to stir up trouble.
You’d also be amazed at how many people really ARE too cheap to take a sick or injured animal to the vet.
Wanna know what’s even scarier? You’ll see those same types of questions (“My baby just drank rat poison! If I give her some chocolate milk, will she be OK?”) in the Parenting section. And I think some of those questions actually ARE serious!
