my dads dog lost eye vision and he did it
@pizzazzylioness Same with my dog…. I put her down 5 days ago because she had a skin disease.. It caused very bad internal bleeding mostly in the lungs.. She was 3 years old and died with a strong spirit… She didn’t want to go, hell I didn’t want her to go. When we gave her the shot on the very brused up arm she yelped like crazy, bit me, my mom, the vetinarian. So we had to go to the other arm as qiuck as possible.. it hurt bad to watch that and I don’t want to watch another dog suffer….
I had to put my dog down an hour ago, OMG was that hard! Good bye old friend after 7years,ELVIS 2004-2011 RIP OLD Elby! :(
I had to put my cat down today that is the hardest thing to do! The hardest part is when they pass away and you see them dead. R.I.P jazzmo i will never forget you
We put my dog down july 14 2011 and I miss her to death already! She had drop foot and she was paralyzed !!! I love you Mercedes (:
My darling girl was sedated and then euthanized. It was not an easy process. The last thing she did before she exhaled for the last time, was to scream in fear, even though she had been asleep before!
Nobody warned me, but afterwards the vet told me this *did* happen sometimes.
When it’s time again, I would much prefer a headshot while the dog is happy outside, not suspecting anything.
Callseba that’s what happened to my dog but it was scared because he had a terrible life with my step dad he was mean…..so then this hump on his back came and we thought it was cancer when we took him to the vet he looked like my step dad and my dog almost bit him so we had to put him to sleep…..it’s not his fault it was my step dads fault I miss my dog…….. sniff sniff
My darling cat died three days ago at the vet’s. She was supposed to have an ultrasound, and I was waiting to take her home. The vet came out and said that she had lung cancer and I should have her euthanized. She was supposed to be brought to me after initial sedation. But they couldn’t find a vein. By the time they told me, she was already brain dead, though still gasping horribly for air. She suffered horribly and with strangers; isn’t there another protocol when they can’t find a vein?
everyone watch this. Please dont mark this as spam. i feel terrible for this guy and the dog. /watch?v=EOAcRKZxjy4&feature=related
my dog is 16 and she is being put down today
I am about to lay down my dog, he’s 8yrs, 1month and 6 days, and he has this incurable skin disease. His skin is flaking and he had bitten himself on his leg.
He used to have heartworm but he has gone through that. Its really painful for me to let go because I think he’s a fighter. I was the only one left in the family who doesn’t want to put him to sleep until yesterday when I finally let it sink in. That he is really sick, and he is almost infecting our other dogs.
Man i was checking this vid out cuz i wanted my dog to nap cuz he’s bugging me but not die
I’m in vet school right now, this is the hardest entity to get used to.
HEARTWORMS ARE NOT
THE ONLY PARASITES
THAT THREATEN
YOUR PET.
@hockeynut01709 Im sorry about your dog :(
Had my jack russel put to sleep yesterday, had cancer of the spleen and lungs :( had her for 14 years and I’m 17 now, I’m really glad that she went peacefully and she will be missed dearly.
RIP Snowy x
@ss6orochimaru How about when your buddy’s legs give out, due to a stroke,& they can’t eat, nor enjoy life? What will you do when your pet is accidentally poisoned & is having seizures that last for hours? What will you do when your pet whimpers in pain when you lift them up to take them outside, as they can no longer walk on their own, but as you think it is wrong, practically MURDER, to spare them the agony & deny them dignity? Euthanasia is often the last kindness we can offer our buddies.
@mjndblain Because it helps us silly humans to feel better than our saying “oh yeah, we just killed our pet/ put our pet to death.” I am hoping you never had or have to put a pet down, as it’s a terrible situation that the heart & mind have to battle with, especially if you were bonded closely with the pet. To those, like myself, who are healing from a recent loss, I send to you many happy memories shared with your furry friend. The good memories last longer than the sorrow, just hang in there.
I am sad . I love you marley!
My black lab., Coop got put down, 3 months ago, he died at age 6 from very serious lyme disease which we couldn’t catch in time. He fetched anything, even a rock. I love you Coop and I will never forget the day I adopted you.!
why do we say to sleep and not to death? its liying
When my buddies heart stops beating it will do so on it’s own, I will never inject this crap into him unless he is visibly suffering from pain.
I don’t believe we have the right to take life away from an animal like this. Unless it’s necessary, my friends dog was suffering her stomach and bladder where turning on her and it caused her chronic pain. But for something like cancer it’s not right, my grandmother had breast cancer but did she blow her brains out for that? No she lived her life to the fullest until it was her time. Dogs are no different they have a right to there life and we can’t take that away from them. It’s murder!
my dog bo was put to sleep 2 days ago:( i cant sop crying..RIP my precious bo..we love you so much..you will never be forgotten..
